HAPPENING
*
*
An ethnography by children, the knowers and dreamers of a world fresh and different,
where the future is already present in the past
*
A space, where children need not be like someone, when children can be with themselves, be anything
and content with the sweetness
of doing nothing

BIO

Loretta grew up in Macau, a once sleepy little town in the Far East which woke up to find itself transformed into a mega destination for tourism and gambling.
She went to film school in Hong Kong, and worked not with camera lens but with the good old-fashioned pen.
In a parallel universe, she became a successful publicist specialising in the cultural industries after breaking glass-ceilings in a senior government position. She then spent years experimenting in campaigns and projects which put people first.
She now walks the globe to bring about emergent movements and research related to children.
Loretta is a writer of children’s stories and a film critic.
She is at home in Macau, Hong Kong, India and Portugal, and spends her time mostly in the Azores in the mid-Atlantics.
